For your peace of mind we provide a comprehensive aftercare service for those rare times you may have a problem.

Our manufacturers offer guarantees from one to ten years depending on the product. All Somfy motors come with five-year guarantees. We give a one-years guarantee for our work.

As we have been installing a huge range of products since 1989, we have experienced most problems and can often give guidance on the phone.

Our knowledgeable engineers can resolve most problems saving you time and frustration.

Some of the aftercare services we offer include:

• Awning recovers – refresh those dirty, faded awning covers and valances
• Replacement motors in awnings and blinds
• Replacement awning arms
• Convert manual roller blinds to motorised roller blinds
• Replace old curtain tracks and poles and rehang existing curtains
• Replace and programme Somfy controls

As members of The British Blinds & Shutters Association, our national trade association, we have been strictly vetted, commit to training and have appropriate health & safety standards in place. If mistakes do happen, we have to abide by their Code of Practice and our customers have recourse to the complaints service. This is your assurance of the highest standards of quality, workmanship, service, fair trading and child safety. We try to ensure that our manufacturing partners are also members.
